Delete Account

How to delete your account

1. In the app, go to Profile (top right on the home screen).
2. Tap it to open the profile screen.
3. Scroll all the way down and tap Delete account.

If you can't access the app, you can request deletion by contacting us through our Contact page.

Deletion options

• Request deletion (30 days): Your account will be scheduled for deletion after 30 days. You can cancel the request during this period.
• Delete immediately: Your account will be deactivated immediately. Deletion of your data across all systems is typically completed within 90 days.

Data retention

When you delete your account (either immediately or after the 30-day request period), we deactivate your account and begin deletion of your associated data, which is typically completed within 90 days across all systems. We may retain limited information separately for compliance, security, and legal purposes for the period required by law, including signed consent forms, authorizations, and records of agreement to our Terms of Use as necessary to establish or defend legal claims.
